Alert: Information for CHA patients and visitors regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus).

As part of CHA’s response to COVID-19, we are now offering telehealth visits to most patients.

Phone Visit:

Most routine visits at CHA are now by phone. To schedule a visit for you or your child, just call your CHA Care Center or specialty clinic. We will help decide if you need a phone or in-person visit. After a phone visit your care team may ask to see you in person, depending on your needs.

Psychiatry Phone and E-visits:

Outpatient psychiatry visits are now being offered by video or phone. Click here for instructions on how to connect with your psychiatry provider for your upcoming appointment.

Patient Questionnaires:

We may ask you questions in MyCHArt based on your needs. Your answers will be reviewed by your care team and will become part of your medical record.

MyChart Video-visits:

CHA is working to offer visits by video through MyChart. Check back for more information. If you need to sign up for MyChart, please visit challiance.org/mychart

E-Visits:

To help you with more common health needs, we are working on an evaluation process using MyCHArt. This will give you evidence based and efficient care. During this process, we will ask you questions to help you get the treatment you need.
