    CHA provides free language assistance services to people whose primary language is not English such as:

    • Certified medical interpreters
    • Information written in other languages
  • Telehealth Visits

    CHA uses the EPIC platform for video visits. This lets you connect with your providers securely using your computer, phone or other mobile device. A telehealth visit is a video or phone appointment with your CHA provider or health care team. You can do this from your home, from work, or in another private location.

CHA will follow our internal process for managing complaints and grievances and contact you to collect more information about your concerns. CHA will investigate your concern and respond to you in writing once we have completed our review.
