House Officer meetings take place monthly during the lunch hour.
Seven of these meetings are convened by the Medicine and Transitional year program directors and are attended by Transitional year, Medicine, and PGY1 Psychiatry residents. Four meetings are convened by each of these program directors and their residents, separately, to discuss issues of particular salience to the individual programs.
The goals of this meeting is to serve as a forum for dialog and problem-solving for issues or concerns that are relevant to the residency community, and for communicating about CHA initiatives that may affect residents. Residents are encouraged to contribute to agenda by contacting the Chief Resident or Medicine program director prior to scheduled meetings.
