Offering independence, dignity and health

CHA PACE provides health care and other support for adults 55 and older who want to continue living at home. Participants get great doctors, rides to medical visits, medications and more – the things you need to live safely in the community.

PACE covers all the costs of care. You won’t worry about co-pays, pharmacy costs or other costs that may cause financial stress. As part of the national Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), we're here for you.

You are eligible for CHA PACE if:

  • You are 55 years old, or older.
  • You live in Arlington, Belmont, Cambridge, Charlestown, Chelsea, Everett, Malden, Medford, Revere, Somerville or Watertown, MA
  • You have medical needs that qualify you for PACE as determined by the state - (call us for more details).
  • You can live safely in a community setting with appropriate support.
  • You agree to receive services from CHA PACE and our authorized network of providers.

Our main site is the PACE Center in Cambridge. Here, you will spend the day in a warm setting filled with friends and activities. This helps you stay connected, do things that interest you and strengthen your agility.

CHA PACE at the Malden Care Center is an Alternative Care Center. It offers daily activities and support services where you will socialize with friends. It does not offer all of the services offered at the Cambridge PACE Center. Call 617-575-5850 to learn more.
