CHA PACE Details

Insurance, Medical Care and Medications - all in one

With CHA PACE, you get all your health care and support services from one coordinated team. Services are tailored to your needs.

Our services are covered by Medicare and MassHealth. That means you get everything covered by Medicare and Medicaid as well as any additional services authorized by your care team. These may include medical care, meals, social activities, home care and more.

Even your Part D-covered drugs and other necessary medications are provided at no extra cost. You don’t need to join a separate Medicare Prescription Drug Plan.

Free for Many

If your monthly income is below $2,742, the program is free. If your monthly income is higher, you may have a monthly deductible.

Staying In Network

CHA PACE participants must receive all needed care, including primary and specialty services (other than emergency), from CHA PACE or an authorized entity. You may be fully and personally liable for the cost of unauthorized or out-of-PACE program agreement services.

The good news is that we work with a network of specialists, including the outstanding team at CHA and our partner institutions. All approved services are provided with no co-payments or out-of-pocket expenses.
