Throughout the Division of Psychology at Cambridge Health Alliance, there are opportunities for trainees to be involved in research.
At times, this involvement has helped shape a trainee's dissertation research. We encourage trainees' participation in the ongoing research projects in the Department, and the development of proposals for original research.
The Department of Psychiatry values research as the foundation for improving the quality of clinical care, and considers the conduct of research to be essential for determining the efficacy of methods of care, and for disseminating these methods to the larger professional community. Psychology Trainees, Interns and Post-doctoral Fellows are encouraged to join existing research activities.
