Our Health Equity work at Tufts FMR is driven by a core value of social justice and seeking to meet the needs of our diverse underserved community. Our clinic is in Malden, the most diverse school district in Massachusetts, where half of our inhabitants are foreign born. We strive to build a workforce that matches the diversity of the patients and communities we serve. Improving health equity is one of our major goals.
