The meeting will be held in closed session from approximately 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. for purposes of discussing strategic matters, including contract negotiations, other plans, and analyses that, if disclosed, are likely to give an unfair competitive or bargaining advantage to other persons and is not open to the public.
