The Board Executive Committee of the Cambridge Health Alliance will be meeting on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM virtually.
Please note that this meeting will be held in Executive Session from 8:10 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. for purposes of addressing strategic issues and other plans, analyses, evaluations and data that are likely to give an unfair competitive or bargaining advantage to other persons or entities.
Discussions may also involve peer review protected matters.
From 8:00 a.m. to 8:10 am, the meeting will be held in open session to discuss appointments to board committees.
