Our goal is to balance your business needs with your employees' needs, for a partnership that works for everyone.

Occupational Health at its Best

A World-Class Team: Our program is staffed by physicians on the faculty of Harvard Medical School and the T.H. Chan Harvard School of Public Health, many of whom are internationally known. We’re at the forefront of clinical best practices as we train the next generation of Occupational Health physicians through our Harvard residency program.

Broad Expertise: We work with clients across a range of industries, including biotech, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, municipal, pharmaceuticals, public safety, retail and transportation. This helps us address the needs of all employees, from drivers to researchers, office workers to police officers.

Convenience: Our CHA Assembly Square Care Center is close to major roadways and public transportation, with a short walk to the Orange Line. Ample parking is available, including parking for large vehicles.

On- and Off-site Services: CHA provides both remote and on-site services for clients. This includes clinical care and staffing of Medical Directors, Occupational Health Nurses and Ergonomists.

Employee Wellness: Whether you have an established Wellness Program or hope to start one, we can help. Choose a customized approach or prepackaged services to support your employee health goals and create an environment of employee well-being and engagement.
