Simple, One-Visit Process

Review vaccination records and conduct a physical exam

Perform required tests: blood work for QuantiFeron (IGRA), Syphilis, Gonorrhea (if needed)

Certify and seal your Form I-693—ready for submission
Before Your Visit:

We’ll email you a checklist of vaccines and titers needed

Gather vaccination records from your home country, healthcare providers, or schools

Bring any Health Records you may have
On the Day of Your Appointment:

Complete your physical exam and blood tests (included in $500 fee)

Get guidance on additional vaccines needed—available at our clinic or elsewhere

Review your vaccination records — we’ll inform you if extra vaccines are required
After Your Visit:

Your sealed Form I-693, test results, and vaccination info will be ready for submission

If you have positive test results - Our team will coordinate follow-up and necessary prescriptions

Pricing & Payments

Flat fee: $500 - includes your physical exam, required lab tests, and certification*

Payments accepted via cash or credit card (immigration exams are not covered by insurance)
*Any additional vaccinations you need are available at an additional cost
Required Vaccines & Titer Recommendations

Tetanus (TDAP or TD) - one dose of vaccine within 10 years*
-
MMR - one dose of vacine or positive titers for those born after 1956*

Varicella - vaccine series, positive titer, or history of chickenpox disease documented by a physician*

Hepatitis B - vaccine series or positive titer for those younger than 60*

Polio- vaccine series; no titers accepted per CDC guidance *

Flu shot - vaccine required during flu season: September 1 – April 1*

Pneumococcal (PCV-15, PCV-20, PCV 21 or PPSV23) - one dose for those 65 or older*
