What materials are required for an application?
Applicants should submit the following:
- Cover letter: A letter describing your interest in the fellowship, relevant clinical and research experience, and professional training goals. Applicants interested in multiple tracks should identify their preferences.
- Curriculum vitae: A current CV detailing your education, clinical training, research, and relevant professional experience.
- Writing sample: Applicants should submit at least one, but no more than two, samples of professional writing that demonstrate their clinical or scholarly thinking. Examples include a de-identified clinical case formulation, psychological assessment report, research paper, published manuscript, or comparable work. Applicants to fellowships emphasizing psychological assessment should include a de-identified psychological assessment report as one of their writing samples.
- Three letters of recommendation: Letters from individuals familiar with your clinical skills and professional development. Recommenders should specifically address your readiness for advanced postdoctoral training, areas for continued professional growth, and the types of fellowship experiences that would support your training goals.

Can I apply to more than one fellowship track?
Applicants are welcome to apply to multiple fellowship tracks. However, we encourage thoughtful consideration of how each track aligns with your clinical interests, prior training, and professional goals. Applicants should identify their preferred tracks in their cover letter and briefly describe their interest in each. Note. Each fellowship requires a separate application.
