Please note that this meeting will be held in Executive Session from 7:50 AM to 9:30 AM for purposes of discussing rates and charges and strategic issues and related plans, analyses, evaluations and data (including the potential purchase or lease of real property and CHA's psychiatry services) that, if disclosed, are likely to give an unfair competitive or bargaining advantage to other persons or entities. Discussions may also involve peer review protected matters.
