The Cambridge Health Alliance Board of Trustees will be meeting on Tuesday, November 15, 2022 from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. virtually.

The meeting will convene and be held in open session from 7:30 AM to 7:40 AM and will include the following agenda items:
- Approval of the September 20, 2022 open session minutes
- Approval of updated Conflict of Interest Policy and Statement
Please note that this meeting will be held in Executive Session from 7:40 AM to 9:30 AM for purposes of discussing peer review protected matters as well as strategic issues and related plans, analyses, evaluations and data related to CHA’s facilities needs and planning (including the potential purchase or lease of real property) that, if disclosed, are likely to give an unfair competitive or bargaining advantage to other persons or entities.
