Please note that this meeting will be held in Executive Session from 7:41 AM to 9:30 AM for purposes of discussing peer review protected matters related to quality and safety at CHA and CHA' FY23 strategic goals and related plans, analyses, evaluations and data that, if disclosed, are likely to give an unfair competitive or bargaining advantage to other persons or entities.
The meeting will be held in open session from 7:30 AM to 7:41 AM and will include the following agenda items:
- Approval of the open consent agenda which consists of the June 21, 2022 open session minutes and revised Trustee Job Description
- Review and approval of the FY23 Operating and Capital Budget
