The Cambridge Health Alliance Board of Trustees will be meeting on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. virtually.

Please note that this meeting will be held in Executive Session from 7:57 AM to 9:30 AM for purposes of discussing peer review protected matters and addressing strategic issues and other plans, analyses, evaluations and data that are likely to give an unfair competitive or bargaining advantage to other persons or entities, including discussions about CHA’s quality and safety initiatives and FY23 goals. The meeting will not reconvene back into open session prior to adjournment.
The meeting will be held in open session from 7:30 AM to 7:57 AM and will include the following agenda items:
- Approval of the open consent agenda which consists of the May 17, 2022 open session minutes
- Approval of recommendations from the Board Governance and Nominating Committee regarding new appointments, reappointments, and appointment of officers.
- Recognizing Josh Posner, outgoing Chair of the Board of Trustees
