The Board Committee on Population Health of the Cambridge Health Alliance will be meeting on Thursday, June 16, 2022 virtually from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM.
Please note that this meeting will be held in Executive Session from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM to discuss strategic planning matters related to CHA's community health outreach efforts and plans for addressing social determinants of health.
