The Board Audit and Compliance Committee of the Cambridge Health Alliance will be meeting on Monday, January 31, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM virtually. The meeting will be held in closed session from 5:20 PM to 5:30 PM for purposes of addressing strategic issues and other plans, analyses, evaluations and data that are likely to give an unfair competitive or bargaining advantage to other persons or entities. The meeting will not be reconvening back into open session.
From 5:00 PM to 5:20 PM, the meeting will be held in open session and will include the following topics:
- Approval of the November 4, 2021 open session minutes
- PricewaterhouseCoopers Presentation of CHA FY21 Report on Federal Awards in accordance with Uniformed Guidance
- Update on FY20 Uniform Guidance
