The Cambridge Health Alliance Board of Trustees will be meeting on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. virtually.

Please note that this meeting will be held in Executive Session from 7:32 AM to 9:30 AM for purposes of addressing strategic issues and other plans, analyses, evaluations and data, including a discussion of the potential lease of real property, that are likely to give an unfair competitive or bargaining advantage to other persons or entities and/ or would have a detrimental effect on CHA's negotiating position. Discussions may also involve peer review protected matters.
The meeting will be held in open session from 7:30 AM to 7:32 AM to convene the meeting and approve the November 16, 2021 open session minutes and then, will subsequently convene into closed session for the remainder of the meeting.
