Please note that this meeting will be held in Executive Session from 7:32 AM to Noon AM for purposes of discussing CHA's strategic plan and how it will be implemented, including discussion of analyses, evaluations, data and programs that is likely to give an unfair competitive or bargaining advantage to other persons or entities.
The meeting will be held in open session from 7:30 AM to 7:32 AM and to convene the meeting and will subsequently convene into closed session for the remainder of the meeting.
