The Board Governance and Development Committee of the Cambridge Health Alliance will be meeting on Friday, May 14, 2021 from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM virtually. The meeting will convene into executive session at 8:00 AM for purposes of discussing (i) peer review proceedings and peer review matters, (ii) strategic plans, and (iii) analyses, evaluations and data that are likely to give an unfair competitive or bargaining to other persons or entities and is not open to the public.
The meeting will be held in open session from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and will include the following agenda items:
- Approval of 03/12/2021 open session minutes
- Update on charter revision
- Update on orientation program
