The Board Governance and Development Committee of the Cambridge Health Alliance will be meeting on Friday, March 12, 2021 from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM virtually. The meeting will convene into executive session at 8:00 AM for purposes of reviewing peer review materials and is not open to the public.
The meeting will be held in open session from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and will include the following agenda items:
- Approval of 11/13/2020 open session minutes
- Charter revision
- Policy revision
