  • Keeping You Safe in the Eye Center

    Need a Visit?

We now offer telehealth (video or phone) as well as in-person visits at certain CHA sites. Call for an appointment.

If you need Surgery or a Procedure

We are following state guidelines and are prioritizing people who need care right away. We hope to begin elective (non-urgent) procedures in the near future. Please talk to your CHA care team if you have questions or concerns.

    Your Health and Safety

Your health is important and we are here for you. Please call us for any new issues, nagging concerns or chronic health needs. To protect your safety, we are following strict measures to clean our facilities, make sure everyone is wearing a mask, and screen patients and employees for COVID-19.

Routine Eye Care and Contact Lens Fittings

CHA also provides routine eye care. Many insurance plans and vision plans cover routine eye exams. So even if you don’t have trouble seeing, we recommend an eye exam every year.

Routine Eye Care includes:

  • Comprehensive eye exams for all ages
  • Vision testing
  • Prescriptions for eyeglasses
  • Contact lens fittings

Note: our Somerville optical shop is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 4:00pm.
