George Maxted, MD Receives Aisner Award for Excellence in Teaching Physical Diagnosis

Dr. George Maxted is co-winner of the 2015-2016 Mark Aisner, MD, Award for Excellence in Teaching Physical Diagnosis. This prestigious award was established in 1988 by former students, colleagues, patients and friends of Mark Aisner, MD, a distinguished Tufts School of Medicine (TUSM) course director for physical diagnosis from 1946-1977. Recipients of this award mirror Dr. Aisner’s career as a respected educator, researcher and clinical practitioner. The award is intended to enhance the teaching of physical diagnosis at TUSM at affiliated hospitals.

Dr. Maxted is a Family Medicine physician and practices at the CHA Malden Care Center.  He also specializes in geriatrics.
