CHA Pediatrician Receives Women of Courage and Conviction Award
CHA pediatrician Jeanette Callahan, MD, received the Women of Courage and Conviction Award from the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Council of Negro Women (NCNW).
CHA pediatrician Jeanette Callahan, MD, received the Women of Courage and Conviction Award from the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Council of Negro Women (NCNW). Dr. Callahan was celebrated during a virtual celebration on October 24 for her work to keep children and families healthy in the community. The NCNW is a national organization, composed of 37 national affiliate organizations, 200 community and campus-based sections and thousands of individual members, dedicated to social justice and human rights through united action. Dr. Callahan’s award was highlighted in the Boston Globe.
