Inspire Therapy for Sleep Apnea

While CPAP Therapy works for many people, studies have shown that about half of people with a CPAP eventually stop using it.

Inspire is an FDA-approved implant that can help certain people with moderate or severe sleep apnea who are unable to use CPAP effectively.

It is a small device that is implanted just beneath the skin. It works by stimulating the nerves that control your tongue, keeping your airway open during sleep. People with the Inspire device simply turn it on before bed using a small remote control.

Most patients go home from surgery the same day after the implant is placed.

Learn more about Inspire Therapy on the company’s website, or ask your doctor if Inspire might be right for you.
