CHA will follow our internal process for managing complaints and grievances and contact you within 2 business days to collect more information about your concerns. CHA will investigate your concern and respond to you in writing once we have completed our review.  


You can also file a complaint related to the ADA and Section 504 with the Office for Civil Rights (OCR) if you believe that you or someone else has been discriminated against because of disability.

You may send a written complaint, or you may complete and send OCR the Complaint Form available at www.hhs.gov/ocr.
