In an Emergency

Call 911 or go to the closest Emergency Department.

Thank you for trusting us with your care. We appreciate your patience as we make changes to keep you and your community safe.

It’s easy for teens and young adults to get health care. Just find a time that fits between classes and we take care of the rest. From physicals to immunizations, mental health evaluations to support, reproductive care to education – it’s all here. Call us or stop by to schedule a visit.

New Programs!

  • Questions about Immigration? Get answers from a lawyer. CHA is partnering with KIND – Kids in Need of Defense – to provide free legal consultations for youth (under 21) around immigration. Discuss your immigration status, and see if you qualify for free legal services.
  • Drugs and Alcohol? If you’re struggling or just want to talk about it, meet with Dr. David Stewart. Get the support you need.
