Additional Information
I am proud to have worked at the Cambridge Health Alliance since 2004 as a member of a talented and caring group of mental health clinicians. In my clinical role, I help families make difficult decisions about psychiatric treatment, especially medications for complicated mental health problems. It's a privilege to work with children and adolescents who have a range of difficulties with their behavior, feelings, and thinking. I especially enjoy working across cultures and collaborating with therapists, "wrap-around" services, schools, and other agencies. As the Division Chief for our outpatient and inpatient services, I am engaged in many leadership activities to improve our patient and staff experience and the quality of services we provide. As a health services researcher, I spend time at the Health Equity Research Lab studying inequities in mental health care and working on innovative solutions to help the mental health of youth and families, especially in the area of suicide prevention.
