Patient Advisors Work to Improve CHA's Patient Experience

CHA patient advisors featured in statewide conference

CHA patients recently participated in a Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association (MHA) webinar to help other hospitals use the patient voice to improve their services. Three CHA patient advisors, along with Aideen Snell, director of patient experience, talked about their work with CHA and how they are making a real difference in the way people experience the system.

The presentation highlighted CHA’s commitment to resolving patient relations in a timely manner via different escalating processes and putting patient experience in the forefront.

CHA has 64 patient advisors who volunteer on eight different committees. Special thanks to patient advisors Farah Shaikh, Alexandra Hollencamp, and Andrea Taylor, who have worked with CHA for a combined 27 years, and to all our advisors for helping to improve the experience of other CHA patients.
