CHA has opened a GI center at the Somerville Hospital
campus to help patients with a variety of digestive disorders. It
includes a state-of-the-art endoscopy suite with four procedure
rooms.
Each week we help patients with their many health
needs. This ranges from complex procedures to routine colon cancer
screenings.
Some of the many diseases we care for include:
- GERD (Heartburn)
- Ulcer disease
- Liver disease
- Pancreatic disease
- Colon cancer

- Ulcerative colitis
- Celiac disease

- Colonoscopy
- Upper endoscopy
- ERCP
- Capsule endoscopy

- 24 hour pH monitoring
- Esophageal motility
- Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS)
