PAYING FOR
MEDICAL BILLS
At
CHA, we take most major health insurance like Tufts, Blue Cross
Blue Shield, and Harvard Pilgrim. We also take Medicare, Medicaid
(MassHealth), several Commonwealth Care plans, and Health Safety
Net coverage.

Call
our Enrollment and Outreach Team at
617-665-3155. Our staff helps CHA patients and community members
apply for MassHealth or other low cost health insurance. We
can also schedule primary care appointments for you. We speak
English, Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole, and French.
If you
need help in person you can visit the Enrollment and Outreach
offices at 101
Station Landing, Medford (2nd floor). We are here Monday
through Thursday from 9:00am - 4:30pm.

our Insurance Information Line at 1-877-637-2273. This
free service is part of our Finance Department. They can also
help you understand your health insurance options, and apply
for low cost health insurance, like MassHealth. We speak English
and other languages.

Your Co-Pay |
|
Most insurance
plans require you to make a co-payment for your office or
emergency room visit.
If your
insurance requires a co-payment, we will ask for it when you
register. Payment is accepted in Cash or by Personal Check,
Debit Card, or Credit Card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard,
or Discover).
