MyChart is CHA Cambridge Pediatrics' new electronic medical record system which allows patients to access their medical records, check on upcoming appointments, send secure messages to their provider, and more. Parents of pediatric patients can also register a MyChart page for their child. MyChart is a convenient way to access information about your healthcare right from your computer at home.
