2. Turn left onto Mystic Ave / MA-38 S
3. Turn slight right onto McGrath Hwy / MA-28 S
4. Take the Somerville Ave. ramp.
5. Stay straight onto Medford St. Medford St becomes Gore St. The
health center will be on the left.
From Point South:
1. Take I-93 N to Sullivan Square exit 28.
2. Take left at end of ramp. Follow Somerville Ave which becomes
Medford St.
3. Medford Street becomes Gore Street after you pass Target on your
right.
4. The health center will be on your left
