Paul Allison
Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Paul W. Allison is a seasoned corporate lawyer and healthcare executive, with broad experience in government regulation, public finance, capital and debt structure, labor and employment law, and mergers and acquisitions. Since 2002, he has been Senior Legal Consultant and now Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Cambridge Health Alliance. In this capacity, he oversees all internal legal functions and manages the Alliance's outside legal representation. His responsibilities include litigation, contracting, licensing, leasing, financing, corporate matters, government regulation, and employment law.

Allison's past experiences include serving as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Olympus Healthcare Group, an investor-owned company that operated long term and chronic healthcare facilities in southern New England, and serving as a Partner at Choate, Hall & Stewart, one of New England's most respected general practice law firms. Both positions provided extensive experience in healthcare business and legal matters.

He is a graduate of both Williams College and the University of Michigan School of Law.
