MEETING DATES AND DEADLINES
Protocols are due on the first Wednesday of the month.
Please see the table below for the 2007 calendar year. The IRB typically
meets on the fourth Wednesday of the month.
The electronic version of the IRB application must
be submitted to Ida Rego
by 4:00 PM on the deadline date. Please note: there are no exceptions.
The original hard copy of the protocol plus two complete
copies, including all appendix materials, is due the week following
the deadline date. Please send all materials to: Ida Rego, IRB
Office, 120 Beacon Street, Suite 301, Somerville, MA 02143.
To ensure on-time delivery of the hard copies, we
recommend hand-delivering the application to the IRB office. If
you need directions, please click
here. The application must be signed by the Department Chief
or it will not be reviewed.
