Our state-of-the-art 20,000 square foot facility at CHA Assembly Square is our largest sports medicine location. We are located right off Route 93 in Somerville, MA, next to the Somerville Home Depot. You will find Orthopaedic and Rehab services in one convenient location, giving you a "one-stop shopping" approach to care.

Our Malden offices are part of our beautiful CHA Malden Family Medicine Center, which opened in 2007. We are located right next to Anthony's of Malden.
