About Us
Somerville Teen Connection offers health services for those ages 12-24. Our patients do not have
to live in Somerville or attend Somerville High School to receive care.
Please note: We are closed during Somerville High School vacations and
for summer break, 7/1-8/20. For care when we are closed call our health
center to speak with our operator.
