Revere Family Health Center is located on Broadway in Revere, minutes from Winthrop and Saugus. Our staff is trained in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Family Medicine, which lets us see people of all ages.
Over the past few years our staff have been developing a new way to provide patient care, called the Patient Centered Medical Home. We are proud to be one of a select number of health centers across the state to be recognized nationally for this work. We are also "sister" sites with CHA Everett Family Health Center, which means that our providers can see patients in both locations, giving you greater accessibility to providers and appointments.
We will work with you year-round to help keep you healthy – and if you want to stay connected, ask about our new patient online portal, MyCHArt.

Friday: 7:30am - 5:00pm
Saturday: 1:00pm - 4:00pm
