Janell C. Corbett
Residency Operations Manager, has been with Cambridge Health Alliance for three years, and recently joined the Residency department in the spring of 2010. Janell will be coordinating the Family Medicine applicant interviewing process, beginning with all the applications received through ERAS, scheduling interviews, and organizing interview day agendas, tours and packets. She maintains all information for the applicant season up and through "Match Day". Janell coordinates the Match Day party, and New Resident Orientation. Other responsibilities include overseeing Faculty and Residents smart phones, compiling resident conference attendance, Survey Monkey evaluations, and the National GME census. She also serves as the liaison with the marketing department to insure that the TUFMR website it updated.
Janell is thrilled to be a part of the Residency, and is a "wicked local" kind of girl. In her spare time you can find Janell reading the latest best seller, at the movies, cheering on her beloved Boston sports teams, or doing her favorite thing of all, spending time her son Jared.
Patricia D. Mansfield
Clerkship Coordinator/Administrative Assistant, grew up in Peabody, MA and has been the residency's all-important administrative "glue" since its inception. Pat keeps the residency running well in many different areas including credentialing, licensing, Notary Public duties, CME and other reimbursements, Treo replacements, ordering of office supplies and serving as a residency-hospital liaison. Pat also coordinates the residency's clerkship for Tufts University and the largest family medicine clerkship site for Boston University School of Medicine and coordinates the ALSO Course with the Faculty ALSO Course Director. In her spare time Pat enjoys horseback riding, hiking, gardening, antiquing, as well as spending time with her daughters and many grandchildren.
Heather L. Simeone
Residency Support Coordinator, recently joined the Residency department in the fall of 2011. Heather works collaboratively with the residency operations manager on residency recruitment and is responsible for maintaining a variety of databases needed for accurate program management. She will be maintaining and updating the resident conference attendance and rotation block evaluations via E*Value. Other responsibilities include compiling and forwarding all pertinent residency information and paperwork to be input online and performing diverse clerical, secretarial and administrative duties to support the Tufts University Family Medicine Residency (tufmr) program.
In her spare time Heather enjoys traveling, listening to music, singing, dancing, sports (especially the Boston Bruins!) & spending time with her family, friends & her dogs.
Diane M. Wise
Residency Scheduling Coordinator, Dee joined the CHA/Tufts University Family Medicine Residency program in May 2011. She is responsible for the scheduling of the 24 residents' trip schedules along with their time off requests, CME time as well as sub specialist training and procedure clinic. Dee is also responsible for scheduling all preceptors, their vacation, PTO and CME time.
In her time off in the winter, Dee likes to knit and crochet. During the summer, she enjoys riding her Harley. Dee has her Masters in Criminal Justice and has worked as a Deputy Probation Officer.
