The next session of the 2017-2018 CHA Global Health and Human Rights seminar will take place on Monday March 19th from 12-1pm in room 4-B-11 (4th floor) at the CHA Central Street Care Center.

Prof. Erica Caple James will discuss Catholic Charity and Haitian Health and Human Rights in Boston. She is an associate professor of Medical Anthropology and Urban Studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Director of the MIT Global Health and Medical Humanities Initiative. Prof. James’s research focuses on areas including global health and security, violence and trauma, human rights and humanitarianism, and post-conflict transitions..
