SENIOR CARE PROGRAM
It's a fact of life. As we get older, we have greater
health needs. One of the most important of these is getting health
care in the most appropriate setting.
The Senior Care Program cares for seniors in assisted living facilities
and nursing homes in Everett, Revere, Chelsea, and other metro-North
communities. It is based at the Whidden Hospital campus, which is
long known for its strong community connections and senior health
programs.
Today, the Senior Care Program is the ONLY local program that is
run by a public, non-profit health system, and the ONLY local senior
health program that makes treatment decisions based solely on the
patient's health needs.
The doctors and nurse practitioners on the Senior Care team have
special training in senior health issues.
