HOUSE CALLS
The House Calls Program provides primary care to homebound
seniors who wish to remain at home and do not have access to the
doctor's office.
Through the House Calls program, doctors and nurses
visit patients' homes and coordinate all social and health care
with appropriate community partners. Currently House Calls is available
in Cambridge and Somerville.
