04/07/11 - "Sideline Management of Anaphylaxis in an Athlete", a publication co-written by Sports Medicine physician Warren Bodine, appeared in the April 2011 issue of Simulation in Healthcare: Journal of the Society for Simulation in Healthcare.

03/31/11 - CHA Physician Warren Bodine, DO, is co-author of a new article in the Journal of the Society for Simulation in Healthcare. The title of the article is Sideline Management of Anaphylaxis in an Athlete.

12/23/10 - Industry publication Becker's Orthopedic & Spine Review featured extensive insight from Robert J. Nicoletta, MD, Director of CHA's Division of Sports Medicine, in a story exploring the top shoulder surgery and sports medicine trends for 2011.

11/21/10 - Bunker Hill Community College is the newest member of the CHA Sports Medicine family. CHA will provide athletic trainer services for the BHCC Bulldogs at their brand new athletic complex. The Division of Sports Medicine looks forward to working with these fine college athletes and helping them achieve their goals.

11/05/10 - The CHA Sports Medicine Symposium 2010: Treating the Injured Athlete, attracted over 120 participants from 17 states and several foreign countries. The symposium, led by Rob Nicoletta, MD, Director of CHA's Division of Sports Medicine, provided a multidisciplinary approach to sports medicine for primary care physicians, family medicine doctors, orthopaedic surgeons, physical therapists, and more.

02/08/10 - The Somerville News, a weekly paper distributed throughout the city, highlighted CHA's Sports Medicine division and its affiliation with local pro sports teams. Rob Nicoletta, MD, Director of the program, was interviewed.

01/09/10 - On Saturday, January 9, the Boston Blazers Men's Professional Lacrosse Team hosted CHA staff at their home opener at TD Garden. More than 100 of our employees attended Healthcare Night (which was sponsored by CHA) and were treated to a pre-game reception at West End Johnnies.
