Get a Customized Health Travel Plan!

Our new TRAVAX Software will provide you with customized reports for each stop on your trip. This includes profiles of more than 200 international travel destinations, information on health risks, pre-departure preparations, vaccine recommendations, local in-country safety considerations and more (food safety, jet lag, etc).

To make an appointment, please call us at 617-591-4660 or email Travel@challiance.org. We suggest that you receive Travel Medicine services 30 days before your trip.

CHA Travel Medicine services are not covered upfront by insurance and will require direct payment by patients at the time of the services. Some insurance plans may reimburse you afterwards upon receipt of an itemized bill.
