Cambridge Health Alliance Names New Director of Emergency Nursing,
Lynne Rivard, BSN, RN
Cambridge, Chelsea, Everett, Malden, Medford, Revere, Somerville, Winthrop, MA...Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) announced today the appointment of Lynne Rivard, BSN, RN, to the position of Director, Emergency Nursing. Ms. Rivard will provide senior leadership for emergency services across CHA’s three hospital campuses: Cambridge, Somerville, and Whidden.
Ms. Rivard's professional background includes more than 10 years of progressively responsible experience in clinical practice and patient care management. Since October 2006, she has served as Nurse Manager of the Emergency Department at CHA’s Cambridge campus. Ms. Rivard's prior experience includes positions in emergency services and critical care as both clinician and manager at Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton.
Ms. Rivard received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Emmanuel College, and she is currently pursuing her master's degree at Regis College.
