2008 Annual Melvin H. Chalfen, MD, Lecture on Public Health:
“In the Wrong Place at the Wrong Time: Violence Narratives and Public Health Policy”
Cambridge Health Alliance presents the 2008 Melvin H. Chalfen, MD, Lecture on Public Health, featuring John A. Rich, MD, MPH, Professor and Chair of the Department of Health Management and Policy at Drexel University School of Public Health. Dr. Rich previously served as the Medical Director for the Boston Public Health Commission and was the Founder and Director of the Young Men’s Health Clinic at Boston Medical Center. A reception will follow the lecture, which is free and open to the public.

The Melvin H. Chalfen, MD, Lecture Series is designed to promote the exchange of ideas and innovations that address quality of patient care, with emphasis on issues related to health care policy and health care disparities.
