Message for our Patients:
As part
of our ongoing strategic planning and evaluation process, we have
decided to transfer the services offered at the Oliver Farnum Senior
Health Center to other CHA practices.
This transfer of service will occur over the next three months. As
of Dec. 24, 2008, patients will no longer be seen at this location.
The City of Cambridge intends to utilize the space to expand its current
senior services and administrative functions.
