A Message for our Patients:
As
part of our ongoing strategic planning and evaluation process, we
have decided to transfer the services offered at the Oliver Farnum
Senior Health Center to other CHA practices.
As of December 2008, patients will no longer be seen at this location.
The City of Cambridge intends to utilize the space to expand its
current senior services and administrative functions.

Anne Fabiny
is now at the Primary Care
Center at 1493 Cambridge Street. Dr. Fabiny is an expert
in the health of older adults. Her new office number is 617-575-5620.
Dr.
David Hirsh is now at the Cambridge
hospital campus at 1493 Cambridge Street, Cambridge. He
is a Family Medicine doctor who focuses on Women's Health.
His new number is 617-665-1552.
Dr.
Ron Distajo is now working in our Hospitalist program.
If you are a patient of Dr. Distajo, please call 617-575-5637
to get help fining a new primary care provider at CHA.
Dr.
Paul Heffernan, a Podiatrist, is now seeing patients at
the Cambridge
hospital campus. His new number is 617-665-2555.
