A Message for our Patients:

As part of our ongoing changes, CHA is no longer providing care at Everett Dental services. This is effective May 1, 2009.

If you would like to continue seeing a CHA Dental provider, you have two options. You can visit our Windsor Street Health Center in Cambridge or CHA Assembly Square in Somerville. By the Fall of 2009, we plan on only providing dental care at our Cambridge location.

If you are an Everett Dental patient, you should have received a letter explaining these changes. If you want more information, please visit our Dental Changes page or contact our change information service.

If you have MassHealth Dental, and are looking for a new dentist in the area that accepts this insurance, please click here to obtain a current list.
