part of our ongoing changes, CHA is no longer providing care at
Everett Dental services. This is effective May 1, 2009.
If
you would like to continue seeing a CHA Dental provider, you can
visit our Windsor
Street Health Center in Cambridge.
If
you are an Everett Dental patient, you should have received a letter

you have MassHealth Dental, and are looking for a new dentist in
