About CLIC:
In August 2006 a group of deans and medical educators interested in longitudinal clinical education came together in Thunder Bay, Ontario as invited consultants to the Northern Ontario School of Medicine.
At the meeting, the group explored the rationale for comprehensive
medical education reform, shared expertise in creating innovative
longitudinal clinical clerkships, and developed a vision for ongoing
collaborative work. This highly successful meeting inspired participants
to reconvene on November 7-9, 2007 in Cambridge, Massachusetts,
hosted by the Harvard
Medical School-Cambridge Integrated Clerkship and Cambridge
Health Alliance.
